Shipping notice

With this premise, we believe that having the best means to deliver the equipment is the basis of our business, and of course, all our shipments travel with full insurance to solve any misfortune that may arise from our warehouse to the end customer.

We manage the shipping of your air conditioning always on Pallet.
This is the best way to ensure the Good conditions on delivery.

Our products are not boxes that can be handled easily, and that is why we prefer to send it palletized and properly protected.
In addition, we manage the shipping of all orders to any other country in the European Union. 

For shipping you can follow next procedure to check the price for your order:

  1. Select the product you are interested in.
  2. Click on the "Add to cart" button and in the pop-up window, click on "Checkout".
  3. In the Select your shipping address block, enter your Country, Province and Postal Code.
  4. Our system will show you the shipping costs immediately!

Delivery times.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail indicating that your order has been sent.

You will receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

From that moment, depending on your location, (working days: Monday to Friday), the delivery time for shipments to European Union countries is between 7 and 10 days (working days: Monday to Friday).

Reception of goods: 

The steps to follow on receipt of the goods are as follows:

  • Check that all the packages corresponding to your order have been delivered.
  • Check that the packaging is in good condition.
  • Open the packaging to check that the contents are in good condition.
  • Fill in the carrier's delivery form, reporting any incident, if any.

IMPORTANT: If the goods or the packaging are damaged, it will be imperative to report the incident on the delivery note, in this way we ensure that the condition of the goods is recorded and we can claim all-risk insurance in transport.

If for any reason (logistics, stock, etc.) we cannot guarantee these delivery times, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

The transport service includes delivery from our warehouses to the foot of the building. In the event that you need the delivery person to bring your order up to your home, we recommend that you specify this when placing your order, as this may involve an additional cost that would have to be quoted with the transport agency.
